ALLIANT

The Alliant Contract is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) that provides flexible access to customized Information Technology (IT) solutions from a large, diverse of pool of industry partners that hold top secret facility clearances and can provide best-value IT solutions to federal agencies globally. Alliant’s scope is aligned with the Federal Enterprise Architecture, which encompasses all components of an integrated IT solution, including new technologies that may emerge during the life cycle of the contract. This GWAC provides IT solutions through performance of a broad range of services which may include the integration of various technology’s critical to the services being acquired.

This government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract managed by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Information Technology Acquisitions and Assessment Center (NITAAC) to permit the institutes and centers of NIH, the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), and all other federal agencies to acquire a wide range of information technology (IT) solutions and services. NITAAC supports streamlined acquisition across initiatives among Cloud Computing, Cyber Defense and Health IT through 10 task areas that meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements.

HRsolutions is an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle. Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus Fixed-Fee (CPFF), or Time & Materials (T&M) contract types may be issued under HRsolutions. This vehicle has one base year and four option year periods.

The HRsolutions contract uses Performance Based Contracting to manage contractor performance. Performance Based Contracting is based on identifying specific performance metrics and rewarding contractors for meeting and exceeding those metrics.

ITES-2S

The ITES-2S scope includes a full range of services and solutions necessary for the Army to satisfy its support of the Army enterprise infrastructure and infostructure goals with Information Technology (IT) services worldwide. The scope includes the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) requirements as defined in Army Regulation 25-1 (AR 25-1).
