Scott is a leader in Booz Allen’s Justice, Homeland Security, and Transportation business. His primary focus is on delivering the firm’s engineering and cyber capabilities as well as overall solutions to meet client needs. He has more than 30 years of experience providing systems engineering and integration expertise to complex enterprise and systems development. His client engagements span the Federal Government.
Scott previously served as a leader in Booz Allen’s solutions business, with a focus on the secure mobility product District Defend, as well as on developing future products and advancing the firm’s innovation agenda.
Scott has held business sector, engineering management, and technical leadership roles at Booz Allen, in areas including military satellite communications systems; position, navigation, and timing systems; the Ballistic Missile Defense System; NASA systems; and U.S. Army tank and automotive systems.
Scott has also held firmwide leadership roles in Booz Allen’s engineering and science business focused on engineering capability development and integration, including model-based systems engineering, talent management, and the International Standards Organization 9001 quality management standards program.
Scott holds a B.E. in electrical engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology and an M.S. in electrical engineering from the George Washington University.
