Sedar M.T. LaBarre leads Booz Allen’s international cyber practice. He helms a multidisciplinary team focused on helping both public and private sector organizations understand their cyber challenges and risks, set grounded and data-backed priorities, and rationalize how they can secure their missions and businesses for growth today and in the future.
Sedar, with over 20 years of consulting experience, is a recognized international expert in cybersecurity standards and practices. He was the chief architect of the firm’s CyberM3 reference maturity model, and has experience with convergent information technology (IT), operational technology (OT), supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), and product/internet of things (IoT) security.
He has worked within all sectors of the U.S. Government and with public-sector clients in the United Kingdom, Europe, and the Middle East. He currently works extensively within national level Government entities and across the private sectors of financial services, retail, telecommunications, consumer products, oil and gas, industrial manufacturing, and the automotive industry.
