In September 2014, Booz Allen Hamilton commissioned Forrester Consulting to evaluate the development and delivery of large-scale technology transformation projects in the US federal government. We specifically explored the difficulties in delivering large-scale IT projects in the federal government and what can be done to ensure such projects are delivered successfully. To do so, Forrester conducted in-depth interviews with 12 senior IT decision-makers at federal government agencies.
