John Noh leads Booz Allen’s corporate development efforts in planning and executing inorganic growth strategies through merger and acquisitions, equity investments, and joint venture activities.
John led multiple acquisitions and divestitures while working on various capital markets and treasury activities as a corporate development leader at CACI and Cubic Corporation. Prior to his corporate development roles, he was an investment banker at Houlihan Lokey, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Bank of America.
Prior to his career as a business leader, John served in the U.S. Army. He was an Army aviator qualified to fly Apache and Kiowa helicopters with overseas assignments in Kuwait, Republic of Korea, and Bosnia.
John earned an M.B.A. in finance and accounting from The University of Chicago and a B.S. in electrical engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
