Lisa Doyle is a leader in Booz Allen’s global learning business. Based out of our McLean, Virginia, office, she is a recognized leader in building and sustaining exceptional training organizations in the public and private sectors, developing enterprise strategies that optimize talent and encourage leadership throughout the workforce.
Lisa has more than 17 years of experience in the areas of employee engagement, technical and mission expertise building, and leadership development. She applies her expertise to Booz Allen’s global strategic talent development initiatives, refining the firm’s employee experience and helping to build a culture of continuous learning and personal development.
Prior to joining Booz Allen, Lisa was a partner at Winning Results, LLC; vice president of learning and development at Lowe’s Companies; chancellor of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Acquisition Academy; executive director at Acquisition Solutions, Inc.; and deputy senior procurement executive at the Department of Commerce, where she led the department’s efforts in developing federal acquisition policy. At the VA, she launched the Warriors to Workforce program, which helps disabled veterans transition into careers in the Federal Government.
Lisa was named Chief Learning Officer of the Year in 2011 by Chief Learning Officer magazine. She is a member of the publication's editorial advisory board and a faculty member for its chief learning officer accelerator class. She is also a Council for Excellence in Government fellow and a Federal Executive Institute alumna.
She holds an M.B.A. from Hood College and a B.S. in business administration from the University of Maryland University College.
