Patrick McCreesh is an analytics leader helping drive innovation solutions for our clients. He successfully leads teams to develop strategic plans, performance and change management programs, and analytics centers of excellence for public and commercial clients.
His clients include the Departments of Homeland Security, Justice, Transportation, the Social Security Administration, and many additional clients within those primary agencies. His work with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency earned him the Innovation in Analytics award from INFORMS, an analytics professional organization.
Prior to joining Booz Allen, Patrick worked in market research helping nonprofit organizations and political campaigns use survey research to improve brands and more effectively appeal to donor or voter communities. He also worked extensively on voter advocacy and voter turnout programs.
Patrick is also a leader in the global change management community. He is a founding member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP). He founded the local chapter of ACMP and served as the president of ACMP DC before joining the ACMP global Board of Directors in 2017.
Patrick earned his B.A. in foreign affairs and history from the University of Virginia. He received his master’s degree in public policy from Harvard University, and completed his doctorate in public policy at George Mason University.
