Since 2008 Philip Odeen has provided our Board of Directors with leadership and guidance, rooted in more than four decades of experience in the government, global business, non-profit, and philanthropic realms. His varied background includes serving as chairman of the board of directors at AES Corporation from 2009 to 2013, and as a director at that organization from 2003 to 2013. He also served as a director at Convergys Corporation, and as chairman of its board. He retired as chairman and CEO of TRW Inc. in December, 2002, and currently serves as a director at ASC Signal Corporation and Globant.
Philip is chairman of our Compensation Committee and a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
