Welcome to 2019! One of the things I love most about the start of a new year is how full of possibility it feels. It’s an opportunity to step back and imagine what the future holds.

That optimistic, future-forward mindset is at the heart of our purpose. When we say that we empower people to change the world, what we are really saying is:

• We believe tomorrow can be better than today, and
• We have a role in making it so.
