Executive Vice President and Chief Personnel Officer Betty Thompson and Lead Associate Tamara Summers will be featured on The Balancing Act® airing on Lifetime Television®, at 7:00 am ET Monday, September 15. The Balancing Act® is “America’s premier women’s morning show that is ambitious and inspiring—while illuminating new ways for women to achieve success in all areas of their lives.”
Betty and Tamara join the program to talk about the hurdles women face in the workplace and in what ways Booz Allen is addressing those challenges. During the show, they share their personal experiences, including how mentoring can be a catalyst for change. They also outline common misconceptions for career women and discuss the firm’s approach to reshaping the mindset. Booz Allen’s commitment to diversity and career development—through such initiatives as the Diversity and Inclusion strategy and Women’s Agenda—is also featured.
