Training Magazine has named Jennifer Hentz as a Top 5 emerging training leader, a peer-nominated and peer-reviewed award. The recognition highlights training professionals with less than a decade experience who have led initiatives that drive business impact and deliver against strategic goals.
Ms. Hentz was nominated for her leadership of Booz Allen’s Cyber University, and her work across the business growing technical staff through certifications, informal learning, and academic programs. As a hallmark of her efforts, Ms. Hentz created new, more flexible access and delivery options for learning — which resulted in the ability for more staff to take advantage of training and achieve certifications. In past years, Ms. Hentz’s leadership helped Booz Allen’s Cyber University gain recognition as the Outstanding Training Initiative of 2013 by the Training Magazine Hall of Fame.
Ms. Hentz and other recipients of the award are featured in this month’s issue of Training Magazine and will be honored at the February 2015 Training Conference & Expo at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
