Hillarie Flood leads business excellence strategies for the firm’s solutions business. Her key areas of expertise include aligning risk management, go-to-market fundamentals, deal shaping, and executive sponsorship with emerging intellectual property.
Hillarie joined Booz Allen in 2014 to support the creation of the solutions business. Her reputation as a global product and marketing executive with extensive knowledge in the software and technology industry is supported by her work leading powerful teams that produce accelerated and innovative results. This extensive experience led Hillarie to be a 2015 Women of Color in STEM award recipient.
Hillarie’s career experience includes leading product strategy and global marketing efforts for Microsoft Corporation, America Online (AOL), Verisign Inc., and Intersections. Solidifying more than 20 years of experience, she holds an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, a B.S. in applied mathematics and economics from Brown University, and a certification as a project management professional.
When she’s not pushing forward Booz Allen’s solutions strategies, Hillarie enjoys sharing the knowledge and experience she has gained in her professional life by serving on the Wilson College Board of Trustees.
