Joe Mazloum is a senior leader directing Booz Allen’s investments, real estate, and finance business. Based in our office in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), he serves a wide range of clients, including sovereign wealth funds and public and private financial institutions across the Gulf Cooperation Council region.
Joe’s work focuses on designing strategies for large-scale developments, such as new cities and business hubs, that will spearhead economic growth and diversification and enhance populations’ socioeconomic conditions. He also has extensive experience supporting financial institutions as they design and execute growth and efficiency strategies.
Prior to rejoining Booz Allen in 2015, Joe was director of strategy and organization for CMA CGM, one of the world’s largest shipping and logistics firms. Based in France, he oversaw the transformation of the operating model of a 20,000-employee company and contributed to the firm’s diversification strategy. He also worked as a financial analyst for a leading financial software company in New York.
Joe holds an M.B.A. in finance from INSEAD, an M.A. in economics from McGill University, and a B.A. in economics from the American University of Beirut.
