Morgan Bjerke is the market leader for high-tech and digital brands in Booz Allen’s commercial business, working with Fortune 500 clients to design, integrate, and mature traditional cyber defense solutions into leading-class security capabilities to minimize risk in evolving connected ecosystems. In this role, Morgan is responsible for the business area’s strategy, revenue, and client delivery success.
She blends both strategic and technical expertise to advise clients on building and implementing next-generation cyber solutions that aid in combating and responding to ever-evolving advanced cyber threats. Clients rely on her years of risk consulting and technical expertise for proactive solutions related to complex data breaches and advanced cybercrimes.
Prior to joining Booz Allen, Morgan worked for Stroz Friedberg as a global incident response leader, overseeing a team of first responders, threat intelligence analysts, and malware specialists. She also spent several years as a global security transformation leader at Mandiant, working hand-in-hand with clients to analyze, evaluate, design, and implement enhanced information systems, efficient procedures, and more effective IT security. Morgan also served as a security manager at Ernst & Young where she specialized in the delivery of IT risk transformation services including incident response, IT privacy to data protection, and data analytics.
Prior to her consulting career, Morgan had the opportunity, working under a federal research grant, to collaborate with the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center on the National Repository for Digital Forensic Intelligence. She researched forensic tools and technologies in order to assist local, state, and federal law enforcement in performing forensic analysis with respect to obtaining and preserving technology evidence.
Morgan earned a B.S. in management information systems from Oklahoma State University. She also holds several information security certifications including: certified information system security professional, GIAC (Global Information Assurance Certification) certified incident handler, certified information privacy professional/information technology, and certified information systems auditor. She also holds five NSA and CNSS (Committee on National Security Systems) information assurance certifications, including NSTISSI 4011, CNSSI 4012, CNSSI 4014, NSTISSI 4015, and the CNSSI 4016.
