Ziad Zacca is a Booz Allen public sector leader covering the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) markets, primarily the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. He brings 15 years of experience leading major strategic engagements for cities and countries in the region and has provided strategic support on a wide range of socio-economic topics to senior decision makers. He has also led multiple sectoral and organizational transformation programs to strengthen national resilience, increase organizations’ agility, and streamline service delivery.
Prior to joining Booz Allen, Ziad was with Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte) and the INSEAD Humanitarian Research group in France, where he worked with humanitarian organizations and agencies to study and optimize their supply chains. He backs his commitment to developing economies by providing personal pro-bono support for several technology-driven startup organizations in Lebanon.
Ziad earned his bachelor’s degree from the Olayan School of Business at the American University of Beirut in Lebanon. He has a master’s degree in supply chain management from the Institut Superieur de Logistique Industrielle (ISLI), KEDGE Business School in Bordeaux, France.

What makes you passionate about the work you do at Booz Allen? The opportunity to have a role in shaping the future of the Middle East. The challenges that my talented colleagues face every day are significant, so as a team we’re proud to see our solutions put into motion and achieve real results.
What are the biggest opportunities in the public sector that you help drive while working at Booz Allen? Cities and nations need to become more resilient to keep up with the pace of change and overcome new challenges. We propose innovative solutions that define and support government strategies and then help leadership properly deploy them for effective governance and service delivery.
How does your work change the world? I like to say that my work takes place behind the curtain. Though not visible to everyone, it plays a vital role in helping governments better understand their constituents and respond to their needs and aspirations. This state support is essential for increasing overall wellbeing while optimizing the use of national resources and improving service delivery and overall resilience.
