Marshall Fisher is chief engineer for mission partner environment (MPE) capabilities in support of Booz Allen’s defense clients. In this role, he guides the planning, design, and implementation of MPE solutions, which enable rapid, secure information sharing among joint forces and trusted international allies and partners across all warfighting domains.
Marshall has more than 30 years of professional experience, with expertise spanning systems engineering, enterprise architecture, information systems, and knowledge management. He also has decades of experience leading teams in developing technical solutions for the Department of Defense.
Before joining Booz Allen, Marshall held senior information technology positions with the U.S. Department of the Army and with MITRE, a not-for-profit company that operates federally funded research and development centers. Most recently, he provided technical leadership to strengthen and integrate joint and combined command, control, communications, computers, and intelligence (C4I) capabilities as part of a robust and resilient MPE architecture. Marshall began his career in the U.S. Army, serving as a signal officer and a systems automation officer.
Marshall has an M.S. in computer information systems from the University of Phoenix and an M.S. in management from Troy State University. He also has a B.S. in computer information systems from the College of Saint Rose.
