He has more than 23 years of experience helping U.S. government organizations, global corporations, and nonprofits use data to accelerate business insights for diverse goals: Enhancing the customer experience; preventing fraud, waste and abuse; supporting evidence-based decision making for program effectiveness; and delivering efficient, streamlined services.
As a data analytics and computing technology professional with a business management and strategy background, he advises clients from a business and change management perspective as well as a technical point of view. His expertise spans from analytics platforms to artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), blockchain, robotic process automation, and financial technology (FinTech) solutions. RK brings together top technical talent, leading a team of passionate AI and ML, data science, digital solutions, technology, and management consulting professionals who deliver solutions to help clients solve mission-critical problems.
He serves agencies whose missions revolve around finance, government services, economic development, and energy such as the Department of the Treasury, Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Labor, Department of Energy, National Sciences Foundation, and the Department of Agriculture.

RK has incubated and pioneered multiple data analytics innovations to help organizations meet complex missions. In addition to solutions such as open data accelerators and customer analytics accelerators to support digital government services, he developed the groundbreaking Booz Allen Data Science Workbench that gives Federal Government clients the resources and technical tools to reach their goals with data-driven outcomes.
RK holds an M.B.A. from Bombay University, a master’s in computer science from University of North Carolina, and a bachelor’s in electrical and electronics engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, India.
