Tim Meyers has been leading teams that build software solutions for 15 years. He has a wide range of experience in mission management driver and system development, image and video processing algorithm development, and large, enterprise-scale cloud modernization and dataflow platforms.
Most recently, Tim co-founded Booz Allen’s agile coaching practice, mentoring and growing agile coaches and change agents across our international workforce as they help teams to adopt and mature their agile development discipline and resiliency. He is also a coauthor of Booz Allen's Agile Playbook.
As a leader in our Digital Solutions business, Tim lives at the intersection of people and technology and helps to shape our approach to modern software development. Further, he led the formation of Booz Allen’s Digital University, a talent development program for thousands of digital solutions practitioners across the firm.
Previously, Tim was a research assistant, collaborator, and coauthor for various research programs at Loyola University Maryland. His area of research included software evolution, maintenance, measurement, and intervention.
Tim is certified as an expert agile coach by the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile). He is also a certified agile practitioner and a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) program consultant. He holds numerous additional certifications in agile development, business analysis, education, facilitation, and coaching. Tim received a B.S. in computer science from Loyola University Maryland and an M.S. in software engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
